[Feature Request] Auto switch to offline mode when no internet is available

First of all, thanks a lot for adding offline mode to the App. Makes the App suitable for reading comics while on the move.
Would like to propose a addition to this feature: Switch to offline mode automatically when no internet connection is available.

Currently situation, for example when travelling in an Airplane:

• Download books
• Switch to offline mode
• Board airplane and read
  If the step, "switch to offline mode" is skipped. You will end up with a "unable to resolve host" error.

Better situation would be:

• Download books
• Board airplane
• App detects no internet, opens in offline mode
• Read comics
  The App could possibly even remain in offline mode, until the user goes into online mode, regardless if internet connection is restored.

Alternative option, maybe easier:
On the "unable to resolve host" screen, offer next to the "retry" and "login with other account" buttons, offer a "proceed offline" button. Which will open the App in offline mode. Again, the App could stay in offline mode until the user indicates otherwise.
