Add an Apply button to the home page's filter interface

The filter module of the current homepage is designed to scroll horizontally and select, which will make it extremely inconvenient when there are a large number of filters.

For this purpose, please add an Apply button in addition to Edit and Delete in the filter interface of the homepage.
