[Feature Request] Use redirected author name for MangaUpdates

I don't know if this issue only happens with the MangaUpdates provider, but sometimes a series will have an author listed as one name, but that name is an alias. When you click on the name, it redirects you to another page with the final name. This can be a problem when different series use different spellings for the same author.

One example:

https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/pro97dw/himegoto-juukyuusai-no-seifuku has the author as MINENAMI Ryo, but when you click on it, it redirects to MINENAMI Ryou.

I wish Komf used the redirected/final name, to avoid name mismatch.
