fix: investigate Claude scope issue with managed MCP server

A side question if I may, as you mentioned the Snowflake-managed MCP server: I actually started from Snowflake-managed MCP server and is main preference, but there seems to be an error registering it as a Connector on Claude with OAuth (a scope mismatch apparently?)
