cloning a table

Hi!

Is cloning supported?
I would like to create cloned tables (zero-copy-clones).

I see that it exists for DBs: https://github.com/chanzuckerberg/terraform-provider-snowflake/blob/df1f6bcabfca27058c860a7db815d263457afd6c/pkg/snowflake/database.go#L56

I wonder if we can support tables as well.
