importing is limited for 100,003 rows ?

trying to import multiple large files and it always import up to 100,003 rows only however when i open the file with excel i find 100k+ rows, maybe a problem with the excel or the file because there is html text inside some rows that contains ',' which is the delimiter,
so i can't identify is it a problem with the excel or the file or everything is ok and the import limit is only 100k rows ?, and what could be good suggestions to import this amount of data into a model, tried already importing to postgresql directly but too many errors
