Samsung file manager does not detect LRC Editor to open .lrc files

Attempting to open a .lrc file from within Samsung's file manager results in a error dialog saying that there is no application installed that can open this type of file. Looks a special case for Samsung's "My files" app. Need some help fixing this as I don't own a Samsung device
