Default voting period UX prompt

During the create a company flow, the default voting period is set to 1 hour. This requires some explanation. I have published an FAQ covering this question. We also need a UX prompt in the right hand panel of the settings page underneath the 'What are governance settings' section:

Having a small voting period enables team to make and pass proposals quickly. Read more in our FAQ's. You can change this setting now during set up or later once your company is deployed.'
