2023-11-08 - New Rank-and-Price and Street Light scripts

New Features / Changes

• Shelly-Rank-and-Price - script has been refactored to use less Shelly resources and also to contain less code. Over 100 lines of code was removed during refactoring. The script also supports multiple relays per rule.

• Shelly-PlusPlugS-StreetLight -script is a new script, which changes Shelly Plus Plug S device LED-light color based on the electricity prices. Cheapest 8 hours is GREEN, 8 middle priced hours are YELLOW and 8 most expensive hours are RED.

• Version number (2023-11-08) added to the beginning of each script. This helps to identify if currently running version is the latest or not.

• Support for Shelly firmware 1.0.8 was added

• Timers of scripts where slowed down a bit to reduce Shelly resources consumption
