Suggestion to Chapter 2.1 TBPost Class

Hi,
I'm going through the Pharo Mooc and started reading the TinyBlog book. In the chapter 2.1 it says "You can use a refactoring to automatically create all the following methods:".
I don't remember the Mooc mentioning refactoring before this so I did not know how to do it.

Could there be some guidance how to do the refactoring? For example "You can create methods automatically by right-clicking the class in system browser and selecting "Generate accessors".
