Current Behavior
- Cards:
Course cards have basic static appearance with no interactive hover effects
Card spacing and internal layout could be optimized for better visual hierarchy
No visual feedback when users hover over course cards
- Buttons:
Green "Explore" and "View All Courses" buttons only show a simple color change on hover (darker/lighter green shade)
No engaging visual feedback or animation effects
Button interactions feel basic and lack modern UI polish

Expected Behavior
- Cards:
Tilt Effect on Hover: Cards should have a subtle 3D tilt effect when users hover over them, creating an engaging interactive experience
Improved Spacing: Better internal padding and margin distribution within cards for improved readability and visual balance
Smooth Transitions: Hover effects should have smooth CSS transitions for professional feel
- Buttons:
Ripple Effect: When hovering over green buttons, a ripple animation should emanate from the cursor position
Enhanced Feedback: Maintain the current color change but add the ripple effect as an additional layer of interaction
Consistent Behavior: All green buttons ("Explore" and "View All Courses") should have the same enhanced hover effects
