[FEATURE] Having Outpost jobs AND Ship Jobs!

Being able to somehow have jobs filled on the outpost for people that just want to work on the outpost and have that compatible with the main shippy experience.

Jobs such as:

1. Mechanic
2. Bartender/Cook
3. Security
4. Outpost Captain (admin position)
5. Vendor

an idea Blink had was to make a seperate tab for it on the main screen somehow.
