Describe the bug

Although the spacy package is included in the jfrog list, I was not able to install it.

Environment info

Namespace: 4pointwayback

Notebook/server: llama3 Jupyter notebook

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the llama3 notebook
  2. execute the code !pip install spacy

Expected behaviour

The package is installed without warnings or issues.\
