Auto linker needs to create fully-qualified paths #10

With the html splitter logic, there are a ton of files with the same name. For example, 1st-Level Features.md and Triggered Actions.md

The html splitter will build relative-path links today, but the auto-linker will not. This is kinda a problem since the text "Triggered Actions" doesnt have much context about which file it should be pointing to.

Maybe its best to avoid linking when there are multiple options...

Alternatively, making a "best effort" attempt to choose the right path based on fuzzy matching the link name to the current file might work?
