Custom ordering of ability components

Looks like the ordering of things in the ability is important. In the case of Open the Earth, the effect happens before the power roll. Below the power roll, the effect order corresponds to the order that things are resolved. As such, the order needs to be preserved.

That may even mean that an ability could have

• Effect
• Spend X
• Additional effect
• power roll

or other wild orderings.
