USER ISSUE: Printing press placement #25722

Version: 0.12.0.6 beta release-961
Steps to Reproduce:
T3 brick room with a footprint of 5x5 and more than enough room for a printing press. The printing press says it's not contained within a room. Doesn't matter if i place it on the grid or off the grid.
Expected behavior:
The printing press should recognize the t3 room.
Actual behavior:
It behaves as if it's not in a room; The "must be placed within a room" requirement shows a red X.
Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
Some mods, but none that would impact this behavior. It worked prior to the December 27th patch. The printing press is the only table I'm having issues with.
