Emails being sent to spam for outlook accounts

Problem

Our automated emails are being sent to spam if the user uses an outlook account.

Solution

Sort our DNS out so the server the email was sent from is validated as info@secretagentcamp.co.nz

We will probably need help for this one.

No longer an issue when we are with HostPapa, however HTML emails will not be delivered AT ALL until a prior email (non HTML based) has been received by the client (from the same email address).

Solution is to use SMTP but that is beyond what will happen this year.
