Describe the bug

Propulsion gel placed on the ramp in sp_a3_speed_ramp doesn't work when running up the ramp, but works when walking sideways on it.

To Reproduce

1. Open map sp_a3_speed_ramp
2. Cover the ramp with propulsion gel.
3. Attempt to reach the other side by running up the ramp.

Same issue also occurs in sp_a4_speed_tb_catch.

This is a serious problem, a game-breaking bug. I think it should be a critical issue.

You can use so much methods to unblock it, especially 1.1.1.1 on mobile and zapret-discord-youtube on pc

Bumping this. My map is uncompletable. It seems that func_brush entities disable propulsion gel functionality. But seemingly not repulsion gel.
