Describe the bug

All base-Portal 1 materials appear in Strata Hammer as the fallback Wireframe shader, implying that the shader the material uses is missing. Since this also applies to models, I don't think it has to do with DX levels.

While it would show up on any map, here's the map I was working with in which this issue appeared for me.

Never mind, I had Entropy: Zero 2 mounted and it was having an issue. This is related to my issue on the Engine repo regarding compatibility with aliasing Mapbase shaders.
