Another bugfix release.

• Fixed a bug where Structure_threader would error out when run without arguments (now it default to "-h" when run without arguments).
• Fixed a bug where the symlink fo using with fastStructure was built using the full path, which broke when the results were moved. It now uses a more robust (in this case) relative path.
