We understand that you are using this tool to prepare highly sensitive data (passwords, usernames, website URLs). We have intentionally designed this tool with a strict privacy-first architecture.

This application is a static webpage. There is no backend server, no database, and no data tracking mechanisms anywhere in the application.
- No Analytics: We do not embed any analytics scripts (like Google Analytics).
- No Third-Party Tracking: We do not share your activities with third-parties.
- Local Browser Memory: All CSV generation and data formatting happen locally within your web browser's memory. Once you refresh or close the page, the data is gone forever stringently.
When you create a credential, enter a website, or write notes, this text is read purely by the client-side JavaScript to generate a text blob formatted as a CSV. When you download the CSV file, it is created securely from memory and saved directly to your local file system. The data is entirely isolated on your local machine.
Since this tool runs completely on your local device:
- You are responsible for the physical and digital security of the device running this tool.
- You are responsible for safely permanently deleting the generated
.csvfile from your device after importing its contents into Bitwarden.
