Quite possible I'm just clueless, but...

I use Package Control. When I ran the caniswitchtosublimetext3 test, I got the error "The JSON doesn't contain the "installed_packages" list." What's this mean?

Odd. When ever I read about plugins and the like, the recommended way to install is Package Control. Anyway, how do I find the version number?

I meant this plugin, as in CanISwitchToSublimeText3. Package Control is indeed the recommended way to install packages. Use "Package Control: List Packages"... Your PC version will be in there.
