potential enhancement - if wedding date is more than 3 days out do not need form?

COVID complicates this because they may not need the form now, but by the time they can get into the town clerk they may need the rush becuase their wedding Is that weekend etc.

Would be important to find out how long the marriage without delay order lasts once granted.
