[Bug] Mekanism Pressurized Pipes Disconnect After Relog

Version Info

• Minecraft: 1.20.1
• Entangled: 1.3.20

Upon relogging, the mekanism pipe that's connected to my entangled nuclear waste output port disconnects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Entangle a mekanism fission reactor nuclear waste output port.
2. Connect mekanism pressurized pipe to entangled block.
3. Restart game.
4. Pipe disconnected.
