Multiblocks disconnecting after reassembling them

Description of the Bug
I have a meaknism reactor in a compact world. I used an entangled block to connect a reactor port with a pipe in the overworld

Steps to Reproduce
Build a reactor, entangle the port, connect a gas pipe to it. Then break a block of the reactor and replace it so it plays the assemble animation. The pipe is now visually disconnected and not pumping anything anymore. Also works with all mekanism multiblocks

I also have a fission reactor tap (mekanism) entangled in the overworld and the entangled block is connected pressurized pipes from mekanism.
Every time the server starts again, the connection is lost to the pipe as @DragonMaster14545 mentions and i need to renew the connection.
In the first times i didnt even understand why i got damage from one moment to the other.

Can confirm this is still happening. Happens with my multiblock Mekanism induction matrix ports.
