[Bug] Entangled block links reset after server restart

Description of the Bug
The entangled block link resets on restart, requiring re-linking using the tool

Steps to Reproduce

1. Link an entangled block to another block
2. Restart the server
3. Link will be removed

Update on this: it seems like it's actually only some blocks. In particular the Mekanism Fission Reactor heated coolant output port and the Mekanism industrial turbine steam vents.

Possibly of significance is that both transfer steam.

Could you check the server logs for errors either when saving the world or when the world is loaded when this happens?
