the NPDU errors sometimes occur every second. I would like to know for which group addresses these errors are generated. There must be a way to debug these events.

nice that you can see the addresses involved. The address 1.0.241 is a safe actuator from MDT SCN-Safe.01 which cyclically queries other physical KNX addresses (actuators/sensors) to see whether they can still be reached (heartbeat). I have not noticed any other addresses.

The KNX Secure implementation is not yet ready, so the behaviour it's totally understandable.

the safe actuator has nothing to do with Secure implementation

If able, you could check if there is a firmware update for the MDT.
