Winter has come, you are stranded in your car in a blizzard with no hope of rescue and must maximize your resources to keep from freezing to death.

Accept params: external temp and volume of air to heat (with a reasonable default for midsize vehicle air volume). Calculate minimum viable temp to maximize battery life and keep the air temp inside the car at a livable temp.
