Provide links to new features in the changelog

Hello, small idea for future changelogs:

For new features, I see that you often provide a documentation explaining how to use it. It would be great to provide the link to this part of documentation, to ease the effort of looking it up on the documentation where the feature has been documented.

Great idea. We will try to add include links in the changelog and GitHub release description for new features (if we created a docs page).
