Recognize commands addressed specifically at us #182
Description
To make Wheatley more usable in a space inhabited by multiple bots, we could have Wheatley recognize text commands that start with a mention of its user, e.g., @Wheatley !help. This would allow commands that might otherwise inadvertently trigger multiple bots to perform various actions to instead be addressed at specifically just one bot.
