Feature Request: Default to "Send without sound"

As far as I can tell no Telegram client currently supports flipping the default configuration of "Send without sound". It would be great and should be a relatively easy client side change to default to sending all messages without sound by default and have the long press option be "Send with sound". Of course it would be extra awesome if it were to be configurable per contact.
