Hi,
I had also an error during the deployment of Ranger 2.4.0:

TASK [tosit.tdp.admin : Start Ranger Admin] ****************************************************************************************************************************************

  msg: |-
    Unable to start service ranger-admin: Job for ranger-admin.service failed. See "systemctl status ranger-admin.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

tdp collection deploys ranger 2.0 only and integration of 2.4.0 is planned for next release.
