Update and integrate functionality to write to CityGML from DistrictGenerator scenario.
Describe the solution you'd like
Take scenario as input file and write asummed model parameters, as well als results. Add parameters as EnergyADE wherever possible. Need to check and validate the ADE format and add it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Write directly to CityGML as generic objects ( see: https://opengeospatialdata.springeropen.com/articles/10.1186/s40965-018-0055-6 )
