[Eclipse] Tabby throws exceptions related to Node.js during start-up

Describe the bug

In Eclipse, the Tabby extension throws two Node.js exceptions during start-up. This may cause confusion for end users.

Ideally, the Tabby extension should catch/handle these exceptions gracefully and not show them to the user.
