Allow spaces in name= field

Having a brief look at the code, it looks like it should work with spaces in the name field, but while I can store ratings when including a space in the name, those rating don't show up in the stat output.

reason is that spaces are turnd into underline character. each rater owns ist own data file. you can check this within the dokuwiki data store ".../dokuwiki/data/meta/[rater_name]_rate.rating"

_rate. ... means rate or vote, depends on the used option
reason is the usage of dokuwiki Standard file save function, which turns a space character into an underline
