In the nerf options, could it be possible to add a variable for the number of days without sleep required for phantoms to spawn?

This mod does it : https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/phantomsmp.59721. Maybe its source code could help you add this to your plugin.

An adjustable time period would be really good.
