Dual Panels on Tablet

Swiping for accessing two workspaces is good, and perhaps satisfactory most of the times.
But do you know what's better?? True Dual Panels on tablet!
Sometimes, one needs to see side by side, compare, check, etc, two separate locations. And whilst for simple copy/paste operations swipe access does the job, is impractical for many other needs.

And @VishalNehra opening in a new window is not always desirable in Android. I do use split screen and free form windows often, but equally often I use the apps in full screen.
