[feature]: Process only audio item content which is present

Hey, great work! I am using reaspeech everyday now!

Please make Reaspeech process only the audio content which is present in reapers timeline

Use Case

I am recording a lot of interviews for podcasts. Sometimes I have to redo a question or answer. So I cut out the unwanted part and record another take. If I open Reaspeech and hit "Process Selcted Items" the cut out parts still pop up as item notes.

we've got some changes coming to the annotation creation (markers and notes) that might provide a good UI experience for adding options like you're calling out here (roughly, "don't create notes when not visible on timeline"). the actual logic might be a bit tricky, but definitely worth it.
