Feature request: skip backwards by a single frame

Feature description

A new (perhaps hidden by default) button or gesture in the 'video paused' state, which advances the video backwards by one frame.

Why do you want this feature?

This feature exists in the official YouTube player (by pressing , or .) and is handy when trying to read text that only appears on screen for a few frames (intended to be a 'hidden' note), or for finding the one non-blurry frame when trying to screenshot a scene.
