After @skaldarnar tweaked the weapon specs a bit so that for example the spear made about 90 dmg, we encountered that the damage a player got, persists on respawn.
So for example when one player only got 30 life points left and got hit by a spear with 90 dmg, he has then -60 life which meant when he respawns he had only 40 life points. Based on the assumption that in terasology a normal player has 100 life points.
