Metal layers RC for different RC corners.

Hi,
I 'm currently like to retrieve RC information for each metal layer , where I have clue to obtain it is from the definition of tlef (min/nom/max) files.
However, I found that the definition CAPACITANCE CPERSQDIST and EDGECAPACITANCE are the same for different RC corner.
I also found discussion from OR repo (The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenROAD#3429) mentioned that the defined values are not consistent with the RCX procedure. so ORFS provide some scripts (i.e., correlateRC.py) to retrieve more precise RC values for each metal layer and different RC corners?

Is there any way or clue to retrieve the RC values from OpenLane? or my way to retrieve it from tlef is something went wrong?
