OpenROAD on RHEL 8

I'm currently using OR on a Ubuntu 22.04 vm under VirtualBox on my not very fast company laptop.
I've seen some recent changes to support RHEL 8. Is it working?
If so I'm considering compiling and testing OR on RHEL 8 on a LSF farms (the same we use for commercial tools) with Docker.
It seems Docker is used in the CI. Can this docker image be used for compiling and running OR in batch & gui?

Hi, are there any plans to release pre-build binaries for RHEL8? Unfortunately I am facing troubles with attempt to local build.
