Hi @msaligane and @luarss,
I am writing to express my interest in the Chipathon Knowledge Hub + “Ask Chipathon” Chatbot project. I am a Machine Learning Engineer at Beam AI, and I am also an active open-source contributor in the AI space, with recent merged contributions to the LangChain ecosystem, specifically langchain-google and deepagents.
I am particularly drawn to this project because it bridges the gap between structured technical documentation and the power of RAG. Dealing with scattered data across Slack, GitHub Issues, and Docs is a classic RAG challenge that I have experience solving.
Given the project requirements, I can bring the following to the table:
RAG Expertise: Deep familiarity with embeddings, vector stores, and citations critical for the "Ask Chipathon" bot.
Documentation Flow: Experience with Markdown and static site generators (MkDocs/Docusaurus) and automating them via GitHub Actions.
Evaluation: I can implement a robust evaluation harness using frameworks like Ragas or TruLens to ensure high groundedness and low hallucination, as requested in the deliverables.
I have already started looking into the OpenROAD-flow repositories to understand the typical logs and artifacts (DEF/GDS/metrics) that the chatbot will need to interpret.
Could you point me toward any specific documentation or existing "FAQ" sources you’d like to see prioritized for the initial indexing? I’d love to start a small proof-of-concept to demonstrate how I'd handle citation coverage for OpenROAD-specific queries.
Best regards,
Syed Muhammad Hussain
