Header / buttons too big on phones and MENU not visible.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Buttons in header are too big and overfloating on Poolz name on devices with smaller resolution. Menu button is not visible.
Tested on iPhones and Xiaomi Redmi.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make buttons in the header area a little bit smaller on smartphones with lower resolutions to fit in Menu button.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Connect Wallet and Create Pool buttons could also be moved to a row underneath, that way in the header we will see Poolz logo on left and menu button on right. On the row below there will be create pool button and connect wallet button.
