Motivation

Currently, When a user scroll the Home page, he has to navigate to the bottom to see the last algorithm type which creates bad user experience due to very long scrolling. We should implement the navigation on the right side of the page so that user can navigate to his interested section.

Examples

For example, the headings like bit manipulation, backtracking etc. We can list them all on the right side of the page and user clicks on that list item, he can navigate to his interested algorithmic problem.

Possible workarounds

The possible and easy way to implement this feature is to add react-scroll library as this project is already made with react.

This sounds like it should be an issue on https://github.com/TheAlgorithms/Website. @Panquesito7 could you transfer?
