[FEATREQ] Implement garbage collection for ChunkStore

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently the chunkstore only increases in size.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Implement a GC system that runs periodically and cleans up unused chunks. If possible at all, live gc would be perfect.
