Critical error "imports does not exist." #9

on use of "new" on /s/dnc/custom/import/1?object=dnc nothing happens.

I am running 2.16.2 with this plugin and dashboard warm. I have tried clearing the cache and db migrations etc.

I thought maybe i had to setup /s/dnc/new first but that page says "mautic.dnc.name.phone_email" no matter what i add as a value.

I cant find any obvious issue.

Happy to make a fix if you can point me in the right direction.
