MIT License with modifications approved by Nolly for NoBot

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software, NoBot, and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish and distribute copies of the Software, subject to the following conditions:

The license holder may not claim ownership of NoBot or its associated code or make money off of it.  
The license holder may modify the source code and redistribute the modified version under the same license, provided that the modified version includes a notice stating that it has been modified and that the ownership remains with Nolly.  
The license holder may use NoBot for any purpose, subject to the following conditions:  
a. The license holder agrees that Nolly has no liability or responsibility for any harm or damage arising from the use or inability to use NoBot, including without limitation indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.  
b. The license holder agrees to indemnify and hold Nolly, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to the license holder's use of NoBot, or any violation of this license.  
c. The license holder agrees to include the above copyright notice and this permission notice in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.  
The license holder may not sublicense or distribute NoBot, or any derivative works based on NoBot, without the prior written consent of Nolly.  
The license holder acknowledges that NoBot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall Nolly or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the use or inability to use NoBot.  
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this license, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the French International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules.  
The license holder acknowledges that French law may impose additional restrictions on the use of software, including limitations on the distribution of software, and agrees to comply with all applicable laws.  
This license applies to NoBot and its associated documentation files.  

By using NoBot, the license holder agrees to be bound by the terms of this license.
