[Bug] macOS auto update, downloads but doesn't install

Describe the bug
iOpenPod prompts for download, but then doesn't update or restart itself. Had to download + install new version manually.

To reproduce

• I get prompted that there's a new version and asked to install it.
• It downloads. I then say I want to continue (app promises it will close, update and reopen).
• Nothing happens.

Environment

• macOS Sequoia 15.7.4
• I was upgrading from 1.0.33 (the original version I ever installed) to 1.038

I'm getting the same behavior. I've had to manually install each update.
