1.21.9 Crashing

Whenever I try to load the game for 1.21.9, I get 2 errors:

And I can't select that NeoForge version because it's 1.21.10 version.
then i noticed in the file name it says 1.21.10. so i did some research and couldn't find a 1.21.9 version just that the 1.21.10 supports 1.21.9
This also seems to be the same for the mod: Forgematica.
I am using CurseForge to get files. Let me know if there is other places to download
